and four bars that suit perfectly to the needs of the most discerning guests. The Ambrosia
Restaurant an elegant dining room overlooking the hotel's marina, features a multi-choice
table d’hôte menu with local and international cuisine. La Rotisserie Restaurant, a high
standard restaurant intended to satisfy our selective “gourmet” guests, offers an exclusive
a la carte selection of fine local and international cuisine. Our sumptuous Kalypso breakfast
buffet at the Kalypso Garden Restaurant, includes an impressive selection of home-baked
breads, oven-fresh croissants and pastries, a selection of fresh and stewed fruit,
freshly-squeezed juices, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, charcuterie, and, at the Chef's Corner,
eggs, bacon, sausages and a wide variety of hot dishes. The day continues with a magnificent
buffet luncheon - a dazzling display of mouth-watering appetizers, salads and other
specialities and a wide selection of sweets and home made patisserie.  For dinner it offers,
an extensive a la carte menu, which includes salads and snacks, great burgers, imaginative
sandwiches, pizzas, grills and a special low calorie menu. The Kalypso Buffet Terrace, is
located in the unique surroundings of our Terrace, between our two swimming pools.  Our
Executive Chef and his brigade create only the best from the gastronomic theme night buffets. 
During summer, the starlit Fish Tavern by the water edge, offers ideally prepared, on the spot
in front of the guests, fish, catch of the day and seafood dishes all cooked to perfection in
an authentic Cyprus and Greek tradition.

The Amathus Beach has developed the unique concept of a Health and Fitness Centre so our guests

can enjoy total relaxation through recreational activities, and make their holiday and

lifestyle the way to a new sense of well-being.It incorporates a Nautilus/USA Gym Centre with

pools area a “new & exciting look”, to meet the demands of the 21st century. The combination
